Return Policy

There is no return or refund because of their custom nature.

Hardware Only Items:‍

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days after first receiving your product.

The product must be returned to the warehouse within 14 days of the issuance of the return. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment.

Graphic Packages:

‍Printed graphics are non-refundable due to its custom nature with the media and labor required to produce. However, the stock hardware portion of the display can be returned for a refund. Please contact support@shop360csg.com for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the product. If the hardware portion is returned in the original box, in unused condition we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment and your needs. The product must be returned to the warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. (all shipping fees are non-refundable) All products must include any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Warranty

Warranty Policy

In an effort to protect our consumers, we carry three types of product warranties against manufacturing defects: a 6-Month Warranty, 1-Year Warranty and a Lifetime Warranty.  The warranty period will be listed on the individual product page as well as spec sheet.

If you find a manufacturing defect, then let us know, and we will repair or replace parts or product. Send us a photo of the defect within the timeframe of the warranty of your product, and we will determine best actions. Contact Customer Service to file your warranty claim.

* Please note, if your order is incorrect or damaged in shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and at our discretion, we will make the proper arrangements.

**Warranties do not cover damage due to accidents, abuse, or normal wear and tear.

Digital Proof Approval Policy

Digital Proofs must be pre-approved in writing via email before printing can take place.

Please only approve of your graphic art when you are ready to commit to it's printing, as this approval is final and not reversible. Approving your proof confirms that you are aware of your image quality of the file(s) you have provided and that you are accepting the spelling, layout, PMS callouts and quantities listed in the digital proof.

Approval must be received by 2 PM ET for that business day to count or else the approval date will be the following business day.

Limitation of Liability

www.360csg.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if www.360csg.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. When placing an order with 360 Creative Solutions Group the customer agrees to the terms or our limited liability and return and refund policies 360 Creative Solutions Group’s limit of liability is the purchase price of the stand or banner purchased. The customer agrees to hold 360 Creative Solutions Group harmless for any other costs other than those associated with the direct purchase price of the stand or banner purchased. 360 Creative Solutions Group does not refund shipping charges. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges of products 360 Creative Solutions Group is not responsible for products damaged in shipping, mis or redirected products, or any other circumstances out of 360 Creative Solutions Group control. A stand or banner may be either refunded or repaired at 360 Creative Solutions Group discretion, if it is within the return policy time frame.

When it comes to shipping delays, we follow UPS/FedEx rules and Exclusions. We are unable to refund any delays due to the following below: Shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond UPS’s/FedEx’s control including, but not limited to: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept Delivery of the Shipment, acts of God, natural disasters, war risks, acts of terrorism, acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities, authority of law, insufficient information provided by a customer, Hazardous Materials Packages improperly offered for transport, the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or other-wise applicable to the Shipment, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, civil unrest, disruptions in national or local air or ground transportation networks (including, but not limited to, UPS’s/FedEx’s transportation network), disruption or failure of communication and information systems, and adverse weather conditions.

International Shipments for which the customer is responsible as the payer of any applicable duties and taxes and Delivery is delayed until payment arrangements are made. 360 Creative Solutions Group is not responsible for any taxes nor broker fees imposed by the Canadian government or any other foreign Entity for the Drop ship of our products. It is the receiver's responsibility to pay all duty/ taxes and broker fees associated with the shipment to the country of destination.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a www.360csg.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, www.360csg.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product(s) listed at the incorrect price. www.360csg.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
